The general reading is 'laqad 'alimta' (you have known) with the fathah on the ta'; meaning Pharaoh, similar to His saying: 'And they rejected them, while their [inner] selves were convinced thereof, out of injustice and haughtiness.' 'And indeed, I think you, O Pharaoh, are destroyed.' Meaning: doomed.
