"Indeed, prayer prohibits immorality and wrongdoing." Al-Kalbi's interpretation: As long as the servant is in his prayer, he commits neither immorality nor wrongdoing. "And the remembrance of God is greater." Al-Hasan's interpretation: God said, "So remember Me; I will remember you." Thus, when the servant remembers God, God remembers him; therefore, God's remembrance of the servant is greater than the servant's remembrance of Him.
Surah Al-Ankabut from (verse 46 - verse 48).
﴿إِنَّ الصَّلاةَ تَنْهَى عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنكر﴾ تَفْسِيرُ الْكَلْبِيِّ: إِنَّ الْعَبْدَ مَا دَامَ فِي صَلَاتِهِ لَا يَأْتِي فُحْشًا وَلَا مُنْكَرًا ﴿وَلَذِكْرُ اللَّهِ أكبر﴾ تَفْسِيرُ الْحَسَنِ: قَالَ اللَّهُ: ﴿فَاذْكُرُونِي أذكركم﴾ فَإِذَا ذَكَرَ اللَّهَ الْعَبْدُ ذَكَرَهُ اللَّهُ، فَذِكْرُ اللَّهِ الْعَبْدَ أَكْبَرُ من ذكر العَبْد إِيَّاه.
