[So direct your face] meaning: your orientation [toward the religion, inclining to truth] meaning: sincerely. [The nature of Allah upon which He has created] He created [the people].
Muhammad said: (The nature of Allah) is in the accusative case (nasb) meaning: follow the nature of Allah.
﴿فأقم وَجهك﴾ اي: وجهتك ﴿للدّين حَنِيفا﴾ أَي: مخلصا. ﴿فطرت الله الَّتِي فطر﴾ خلق ﴿النَّاس عَلَيْهَا﴾.
قَالَ مُحَمَّد: (فطرت الله) نَصْبٌ بِمَعْنَى: اتَّبِعْ فِطْرَةَ اللَّهِ.
