Al-Hasan said: Some of this verse is voluntary, and some of it is obligatory. As for His saying:
تِلْكَ الشِّدَّةِ؛ يَعْنِي: الْمُشْرِكِينَ ﴿فَآتِ ذَا الْقُرْبَى حَقَّهُ وَالْمِسْكِينَ وَابْنَ السَّبِيل﴾.
