(And whoever submits his face) meaning: his orientation in religion (to Allah, while he is a doer of good, has grasped the most trustworthy handhold) which is: 'There is no god but Allah' (And to Allah is the outcome of all matters) meaning: their ultimate destination in the Hereafter.
Surah Luqman from (verse 23 to verse 28).
﴿وَمن يسلم وَجهه﴾ يَعْنِي: وِجْهَتَهُ فِي الدِّينِ ﴿إِلَى اللَّهِ وَهُوَ مُحْسِنٌ فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بالعروة الوثقى﴾ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ ﴿وَإِلَى الله عَاقِبَة الْأُمُور﴾ يَعْنِي: مصيرها فِي الْآخِرَة.
سُورَة لُقْمَان من (آيَة ٢٣ آيَة ٢٨).
