"That is the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed," and this follows the previous discussion: "There is no doubt therein, from the Lord of the worlds." Then He said: "That is the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed," meaning: Himself. "The unseen" is the secret, and "the witnessed" is what is manifest.
