And "ghayra" (other than/without) is in the accusative case (mansubah) as a circumstantial qualifier (hal). "But when you are invited, then enter; and when you have eaten, then disperse," meaning: scatter. "Without seeking intimacy for conversation," meaning: after you have eaten. "Indeed, that was troubling the Prophet, and he is shy of you, but Allah is not shy of the truth." He informs them that this action troubles the Prophet.
