Yahya: from al-Khalil ibn Murra, from Abu Hashim Sahib al-Rumman, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Layla, who said: "Ka'b ibn Ujra came to me and said: 'Shall I not give you a gift? While we were with the Messenger of Allah, a man said: O Messenger of Allah, we have come to know how to greet you [with peace], so how do we send blessings upon you?' He said: 'Say: O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim; indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. O Allah, send blessings [baraka] upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent blessings [baraka] upon Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim; indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious.'"
Yahya: from al-Mubarak ibn Fadala, from al-Hasan, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Increase your blessings upon me on the day of Friday."
Surah al-Ahzab, from verse 57 to verse 58.
يَحْيَى: عَنِ الْخَلِيلِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ صَاحِبِ الرُّمَّانِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى قَالَ: " جَاءَنِي كَعْبُ بْنُ عُجْرَةَ، فَقَالَ: أَلَا أُهْدِي لَكَ هَدِيَّةً، بَيْنَمَا نَحْنُ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ الله إِذْ قَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، قَدْ عَرَفْنَا السَّلَامَ عَلَيْكَ، فَكَيْفَ الصَّلَاةُ عَلَيْكَ؟ قَالَ: قُولُوا: اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ؛ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَآلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ، اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَآلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ ".
يَحْيَى: عَنِ الْمُبَارَكِ بْنِ فَضَالَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ عليه السلام: " أَكْثرُوا عَليّ (ل ٢٧٤) الصَّلَاة يَوْم الْجُمُعَة ".
سُورَة الْأَحْزَاب من (آيَة ٥٧ آيَة ٥٨).
