"When the promise of the second [time] comes," meaning: the last of the two punishments, "so that they may disfigure your faces," and it is read as (liyasu'a), meaning: so that God may disfigure your faces, "and enter the mosque," meaning: Bayt al-Maqdis (Jerusalem), "as they entered it the first time, and to destroy what they had overcome with destruction," meaning: to corrupt what they had conquered with corruption. It is said that their second corruption was the killing of John the son of Zechariah, so God sent Nebuchadnezzar against them, who attacked them with it; he destroyed Bayt al-Maqdis, took prisoners, and killed seventy thousand of them.
