قَالَ: فَأَتَّبَعَا الْأَثَرَ فِي الْبَحْرِ، وَكَانَ الْحُوتُ حَيْثُ مَرَّ جَعَلَ يَضْرِبُ بِذَنَبِهِ يَمِينًا وَشِمَالًا فِي الْبَحْرِ، فَجَعَلَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ يَضْرِبْهُ الْحُوتُ بِذَنَبِهِ يَيْبَسُ، فَصَارَ كَهَيْئَةِ طَرِيقٍ فِي الْبَحْرِ، فَاتَّبَعَا أَثَرَهُ، حَتَّى إِذَا خَرَجَا إِلَى جَزِيرَةٍ فَإِذَا هُمَا بِالْخَضِرِ فِي
