Tafsir al-Qur'an al-'Aziz by Ibn Abi Zamanin
Volume 3 · Page 23688

Translation · EN

"And as for him who believes and works righteousness, his reward is the best" (al-husna). Mujahid’s interpretation is: 'al-husna' is: 'There is no god but Allah,' and the 'reward' is Paradise.

Al-Suddi said: 'He will have the reward of the best' (al-husna); meaning: forgiveness.

Muhammad said: Yahya did not clarify how the recitation of al-Suddi was, though his interpretation indicates it.
