Then He swore by Himself, saying: "So by your Lord, We will surely gather them"—meaning the polytheists—"and the devils" who invited them to the worship of idols, "then We will surely bring them to be present around Hell on their knees." Qatada said: "Meaning, upon their knees."

Muhammad said: "Juthiyan (on their knees)" is the plural of "jathin (kneeling)," and it is in the accusative case as a state (hal).
