"The Day We shall gather the righteous to the Most Gracious as a delegation (wafd)."
Yahya said: It has reached me from Juwaybir, from al-Dahhak ibn Muzahim, from al-Harith, from Ali, that he asked the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, saying: "Is the delegate (wafd) anything other than the one riding?" He replied: "By Him in whose hand is my soul, when they emerge from their graves, they will be met with white she-camels having wings, upon which are saddles of gold. Each step they take reaches the distance of sight."
﴿يَوْم نحشرالمتقين إِلَى الرَّحْمَن وَفْدًا﴾.
يَحْيَى: بَلَغَنِي عَنْ جُوَيْبِرٍ، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ مُزَاحِمٍ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ " أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ الله عليه السلام فَقَالَ: هَلْ يَكُونُ الْوَافِدُ إِلَّا الرَّاكِبَ؟ فَقَالَ: وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ، إِنَّهُمْ إِذَا خَرَجُوا مِنْ قُبُورِهِمُ اسْتُقْبِلُوا بِنُوقٍ بِيضٍ لَهَا أَجْنِحَةٌ عَلَيْهَا رَحَائِلُ الذَّهَبِ، كُلُّ خُطْوَةٍ مِنْهَا مَدَّ الْبَصَرِ ".
