{Except as a reminder for him who fears} [Allah]. He says: He [only] sent it down as a reminder for him who fears Allah. As for the disbeliever, he did not accept the reminder.
﴿إِلَّا تذكرة لمن يخْشَى﴾ يَقُولُ: إِنَّمَا (أَنْزَلَهُ) تَذْكِرَةً لِمَنْ يَخْشَى اللَّهَ، وَأَمَّا الْكَافِرُ فَلَمْ يقبل التَّذْكِرَة
