"And We made them leaders, guiding by Our command." Qatadah said: meaning, they are followed as guides in the command of Allah.
Surah Al-Anbiya (from verse 74 to verse 77).
﴿وجعلناهم أَئِمَّة يهْدُونَ بأمرنا﴾ قَالَ قَتَادَةُ: أَيْ يُهْتَدَى بِهِمْ فِي أَمر الله.
