"[And thus We have revealed it]," meaning: the Quran, "[as clear signs]," meaning: He made the lawful and the forbidden clear in it.
﴿وَكَذَلِكَ أَنزَلْنَاهُ﴾ يَعْنِي: الْقُرْآن ﴿آيَات بَيِّنَات﴾ أَي: بَين فِيهِ الْحَلَال وَالْحرَام.
