"[The Fire] shall scorch their faces, and they will therein be kalihun (gloomy, morose, with lips retracted)" (Quran 23:104).
Yahya [narrated] from a companion of his, from Yahya ibn Abd Allah al-Muzani, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "His lower lip will sag onto his chest, and the upper lip will be retracted, having covered his face."
Surah al-Mu'minun from (verse 105 to verse 114).
﴿تفلح وُجُوهَهُمُ النَّارُ وَهُمْ فِيهَا كَالِحُونَ﴾.
يحيى: عَنْ صَاحِبٍ لَهُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُزَنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ عليه السلام: " شَفَتُهُ السُّفْلَى سَاقِطَةٌ عَلَى صَدْرِهِ، وَالْعُلْيَا قَالِصَةٌ قَدْ غَطَّتْ وَجْهَهُ ".
