"On the Day We will call every people with their Imam (leader)," the interpretation of Qatadah and Mujahid is: meaning, by their Prophet.
Muhammad said: It is permissible for "Day" (yawm) to be in the accusative case (mansub) based on the meaning: "Remember the Day We will call every people with their Imam." "And they will not be wronged, so much as a fatilan," meaning: the measure of a fatil. The fatil is that which is inside the cleft of a date stone.
﴿يَوْمَ نَدْعُو كُلَّ أُنَاسٍ بِإِمَامِهِمْ﴾ تَفْسِيرُ قَتَادَةُ وَمُجَاهِدٌ: أَيْ: بِنَبِيِّهِمْ.
قَالَ مُحَمَّد: يجوز أَن يكون نصب (يَوْم) عَلَى مَعْنَى: اذْكُرْ يَوْمَ نَدْعُو كُلَّ أُنَاسٍ. ﴿وَلا يُظْلَمُونَ فَتِيلا﴾ أَيْ: قَدْرَ فَتِيلٍ، وَالْفَتِيلُ: الَّذِي يكون فِي بطن النواة.
