[And they swear by Allah their strongest oaths] meaning: the hypocrites, [if you order them, they will surely go forth].
﴿وأقسموا بِاللَّه جهد أَيْمَانهم﴾ يَعْنِي: الْمُنَافِقِينَ ﴿لَئِنْ أَمَرْتَهُمْ لَيَخْرُجُنَّ﴾
