Tafsir al-Qur'an al-'Aziz by Ibn Abi Zamanin
Volume 3 · Page 88722

Translation · EN

"The Day they see the angels"—this is at the time of death—"there will be no good tidings that Day for the criminals," [meaning] for the polytheists regarding Paradise, "and they will say, 'Hijāran mahjūran' [an inviolable ban]." The interpretation of Qatādah is: Forbidden, strictly prohibited for the disbelievers are the good tidings on that Day of Paradise.
