"And remind, for indeed the reminder benefits the believers." Only the believers accept the reminder.
﴿وَذَكِّرْ فَإِنَّ الذِّكْرَى تَنْفَعُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ﴾ إِنَّمَا يقبل التَّذْكِرَة الْمُؤْمِنُونَ
