{The Day their plotting will not avail them at all}, meaning: neither the worship of idols nor what they plotted against the Prophet will avail them anything; {nor will they be helped} when the punishment comes to them.
﴿يَوْمَ لَا يُغْنِي عَنْهُمْ كَيْدُهُمْ شَيْئا﴾ لَا تغني عَنْهُم عبَادَة الْأَوْثَان وَلَا مَا كَادُوا للنَّبِي شَيْئا ﴿وَلَا هم ينْصرُونَ﴾ إِذا جَاءَهُم الْعَذَاب.
