{And be patient for the decision of your Lord}, meaning: for what Allah has decreed upon you, for He commanded you to fight them, {for indeed, you are in Our eyes}, meaning: We see what you do and what is done to you, so We shall reward you and punish them.

{And exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord when you arise}, from your station, meaning: the dawn prayer, according to the interpretation of al-Hasan.
