"It is but a revelation revealed."
Muhammad said: "In" (is) in the sense of "ma" (not), meaning: It is not but a revelation that is revealed.
﴿إِنْ هُوَ إِلا وَحْيٌ يُوحَى﴾.
قَالَ مُحَمَّد: (إِن) بِمَعْنى (مَا) أَي: مَا هُوَ إِلَّا وحيٌ يُوحى.
