[And Ibrahim, who fulfilled]—meaning: he fulfilled what God enjoined upon him, according to the interpretation of Mujahid.
﴿وَإِبْرَاهِيم الَّذِي وفى﴾ يَعْنِي: وَفِي مَا فرض اللَّه عَلَيْهِ فِي تَفْسِير مُجَاهِد.
