[And that it is He who destroyed the first 'Ad (al-'Ula).] They are one 'Ad; there was no 'Ad before them. He said:
﴿وَأَنه أهلك عادا الأولى﴾ وَهِي عادٌ وَاحِدَة، لمْ يكن قبلهَا عَاد قَالَ:
