"And We caused the earth to gush forth with springs, so the waters met," the water of the heaven and the water of the earth, "for a matter that had been ordained," regarding the destruction of the people of Noah.
﴿وَفَجَّرْنَا الأَرْضَ عُيُونًا فَالْتَقَى الْمَاءُ﴾ مَاء السَّمَاء وَمَاء الأَرْض ﴿عَلَى أَمر قد قدر﴾ على هَلَاك قوم نوح
