"The criminals will be known by their marks," [meaning] by the blackness of their faces and the blueness of their eyes.
"So they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet," meaning his forelock and his feet are brought together from behind, then he is cast into the Fire.
﴿يعرف المجرمون بِسِيمَاهُمْ﴾ بسواد وُجُوههم وزرقة أَعينهم.
﴿فَيُؤْخَذُ بالنواصي والأقدام﴾ يجمع بَين ناصيته وقدَميْه من خَلفه، ثمَّ يلقى فِي النَّار.
