"And for he who has feared the position of his Lord" means: the one who stands before his Lord for the reckoning in the interpretation.
﴿وَلمن خَافَ مقَام ربه﴾ يَعْنِي: الَّذِي يقوم بَين يَدي ربه لِلْحسابِ فِي تَفْسِير
