Translation · EN

Muhammad said: "Khayrat" in language, its root is "khayyiratun" with the [ya] lightened, just as one says: "hayyin" (easy) and "layyin" (pliant). The meaning is: that they are beautiful in character and disposition.

قَالَ مُحَمَّد: (خيرات) أصْلُه فِي اللُّغَة: خيراتٌ مخفف كَمَا يُقَال: هيْنٌ ليْنٌ الْمَعْنى: أَنَّهُنَّ حسان الْخلق.
