His statement: "Whatever is in the heavens and the earth glorifies Allah, and He is the Almighty" in His retribution, "the All-Wise" in His command.
قَوْله: ﴿سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَات وَالْأَرْض وَهُوَ الْعَزِيز﴾ فِي نقمته ﴿الْحَكِيم﴾ فِي أمره
