{Then He will inform them of what they did} - Allah has recorded against them what they did in this world, while they have forgotten it - {and Allah is, over all things, Witness} - witnessing their deeds.

﴿فَيُنَبِّئُهُمْ بِمَا عَمِلُوا أَحْصَاهُ اللَّهُ ونسوه﴾ أحصى عَلَيْهِم مَا عمِلُوا فِي الدُّنْيَا ونسوه ﴿وَاللَّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ﴾ شَاهد لأعمالهم.
