Tafsir al-Qur'an al-'Aziz by Ibn Abi Zamanin
Volume 4 · Page 14318

Translation · EN

His saying: [{For the poor emigrants}]—meaning: and for the poor. It refers back to the beginning of the verse: [{What Allah restored to His Messenger from the people of the towns, it is for Allah, and for the Messenger, and for [his] near relatives, and the orphans, and the destitute, and the traveler}], and for the poor emigrants who were expelled from their homes and their wealth; the polytheists expelled them from Mecca, [{seeking bounty from Allah and [His] approval}] through righteous deeds, [{and aiding Allah and His Messenger. Those are the truthful}] in their hearts.

Interpretation of Surat al-Hashr from verse 9 to verse 10.
