"Fa-idha qudiyat al-salatu fa-intashiru" (And when the prayer has been concluded, disperse) means: scatter throughout the earth. "Wabtaghu min fadli Allah" (And seek from the bounty of Allah) means: from the provision of Allah. It was permitted for them to disperse after they have prayed if they wish, though remaining would be better for them.
﴿فَإِذا قضيت الصَّلَاة فَانْتَشرُوا﴾ يَعْنِي: فَتَفَرَّقُوا فِي الأَرْض ﴿وَابْتَغُوا من فضل الله﴾ أَي: من رزق اللَّه، رخّص لَهُم أَن ينتشروا إِذا صلّوا إِن شَاءُوا، وَإِن أَقَامُوا كَانَ أفضل لَهُم.
