"(The Day) He gathers you for the Day of Assembly," meaning: the Day of Resurrection. "That is the Day of Mutual Loss and Gain," where they shall be at a mutual loss regarding their stations before Allah; a party in Paradise and a party in the Blazing Fire.
Tafsir of Surat al-Taghabun from verse 11 to verse 13.
﴿يَوْم يجمعكم ليَوْم الْجمع﴾ يَعْنِي: يَوْم الْقِيَامَة ﴿ذَلِكَ يَوْمُ التغابن﴾ يتغابنون فِي الْمنَازل عِنْد اللَّه؛ فريقٌ فِي الْجنَّة وفريقٌ فِي السعير.
