and will provide for him from where he does not expect," meaning: from where he does not hope for.
"Indeed, Allah will accomplish His command," meaning: His command will reach those who trust in Him and those who do not. "Allah has set a measure for all things," meaning: a limit at which it ends.
Tafsir of Surat al-Talaq from verse 4 to verse 5.
﴿وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ﴾] من حَيْثُ لَا يَرْجُو.
﴿إِنَّ الله بَالغ أمره﴾ أَي: يبلغ أمره على من توكل وعَلى من لم يتوكل ﴿قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا﴾ أَي: مُنْتَهى ينتهى إِلَيْهِ.
