"And watch" [wait], "for they shall see" [a warning and threat from Allah, meaning: they shall see] the punishment.
﴿وَأبْصر﴾ انْتظر ﴿فَسَوف يبصرون﴾ [وعيدًا من اللَّه وتهديدًا، أَي: فَسَوف] يرَوْنَ الْعَذَاب.
