"This is Our gift, so grant or withhold without account," [which] some interpret as: 'Grant, so give to whomever you wish, or withhold from whomever you wish without account,' meaning: there is no reckoning upon you for that, nor any blame.
﴿هَذَا عَطَاؤُنَا فَامْنُنْ أَوْ أَمْسِكْ بِغَيْر حِسَاب﴾ تَفْسِير بَعضهم: فامْنُنْ فأعط من شِئْت أَو أمسك عمَّن شِئْت بِغَيْر حِسَاب (ل ٢٩٥) أَي: فَلَا حِسَاب عَلَيْك فِي ذَلِك وَلَا حرج
