Muhammad said: The preferred reading for "bi-khalisah" is without tanwin, and upon this reading, Yahya interpreted the verse.
قَالَ محمدٌ: الِاخْتِيَار فِي الْقِرَاءَة (بخالصة) غير منونة وعَلى هَذِه الْقِرَاءَة فسر يحيى الْآيَة.
