"And they have no share in them"—meaning: in the heavens and the earth—"nor of them any partners"—meaning: they did not create anything of what is in them—"nor does He have from among them any assistant"—meaning: a helper.
﴿وَمَا لَهُم فيهمَا﴾ يَعْنِي: السَّمَاوَات وَالْأَرْض ﴿وَمن شرك﴾ أَي: مَا خلقُوا شَيْئا مِمَّا فيهمَا ﴿وَمَا لَهُ مِنْهُم﴾ أَي: وَمَا لله من أوثانهم ﴿من ظهير﴾ أَي: عُوين.
