the harm that touched him."

Muhammad said: Anything you are given, you have been granted (khuwwilta). From this is the saying of Zuhayr:

(There, if they are asked for wealth, they grant it ... and if they are asked, they give, and if they become wealthy, they increase.)

It is said: A man "yukhawwilu" his family when he grazes their sheep or something similar to that.

"And he has attributed to Allah equals," meaning: the idols. The "nidd" (equal) in the language is the counterpart. "To lead others astray from His way," meaning: that others follow him in that. "Say," O Muhammad, to the polytheist: "Enjoy your disbelief in the world a little," meaning: your remaining in the world is little. "Indeed, you are of the companions of the Fire."
