Translation · EN

'And follow the best of what has been revealed to you from your Lord'—which is that they should adopt what God has commanded them to do, and abstain from what God has forbidden them—'before the punishment comes upon you suddenly'—unexpectedly—'while you do not perceive.'

﴿وَاتَّبِعُوا أَحْسَنَ مَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ من ربكُم﴾ وَهُوَ أَن يَأْخُذُوا بِمَا أَمرهم اللَّه بِهِ , وينتهوا عَمَّا نَهَاهُم اللَّه عَنْهُ ﴿مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يأتيكم الْعَذَاب بَغْتَة﴾ فَجْأَة ﴿وَأَنْتُمْ لَا تَشْعُرُونَ﴾.
