And the bad deeds. If his good deeds outweigh his bad deeds by even a single good deed, Allah will multiply it for him, and that is His saying: "Indeed, Allah does not do injustice, [even] by an atom's weight; but if there is a good deed, He multiplies it." If his good deeds and bad deeds are equal, he is among the people of Al-A'raf, who will eventually enter Paradise. And if his bad deeds outweigh his good deeds, he remains subject to the will of Allah.
Interpretation of Surat Az-Zumar from verse 71 to verse 72.
والسيئات؛ فَإِن فضلت حَسَنَاته سيئاته بحسنة وَاحِدَة ضاعفها اللَّه لَهُ , وَهُوَ قَوْله: ﴿إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَظْلِمُ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ وَإِنْ تَكُ حَسَنَة يُضَاعِفهَا﴾ وَإِن اسْتَوَت حَسَنَاته وسيئاته فَهُوَ من أَصْحَاب الْأَعْرَاف يصير إِلَى الْجنَّة , وَإِن زَادَت سيئاتُه عَلَى حَسَنَاته فَهُوَ فِي مَشِيئَة اللَّه.
