"The revelation of the Book" is the Qur'an, "from Allah, the Almighty" in His dominion, "the All-Knowing" of His creation.
﴿تَنْزِيل الْكتاب﴾ الْقُرْآن ﴿من الله الْعَزِيز﴾ فِي ملكه ﴿الْعَلِيم﴾ بخلقه
