"[He is] the Forgiver of sin, the Accepter of repentance, [and] the Severe in punishment" to those who do not believe, "Possessor of bounty," [meaning] wealth [and] grace.
﴿غَافِرِ الذَّنْبِ وَقَابِلِ التَّوْبِ شَدِيدِ الْعقَاب﴾ لمن لمْ يُؤمن ﴿ذِي الطَّوْلِ﴾ الْغنى
