"Why is it that I call you to salvation?"—to faith in God—"while you call me to the Fire"—to the disbelief by which its perpetrator enters the Fire.
﴿مالِي أَدْعُوكُمْ إِلَى النَّجَاةِ﴾ إِلَى الْإِيمَان بِاللَّه ﴿وَتَدْعُونَنِي إِلَى النَّار﴾ إِلَى الْكفْر الَّذِي يدْخل بِهِ صَاحبه النَّار.
