who sees the guidance; [and those who believe and do righteous deeds and the evildoer are not equal]. The evildoer is the polytheist. [Little do they remember], meaning: the few of them who remember; that is: whoever believes.
Muhammad said: (And the evildoer), the meaning is: and the evildoer, and the "la" (not) is supplementary.
Tafsir of Surat Ghafir from verse 59 to verse 60.
أبْصر الْهدى ﴿وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَلَا الْمُسِيءُ﴾ الْمُشرك ﴿قَلِيلاً مَّا يتَذَكَّرُونَ﴾ أَي: أقلهم المتذكر؛ يَعْنِي: من يُؤمن.
قَالَ محمدٌ: (وَلا الْمُسِيءُ) الْمَعْنى: والمسيء و (لَا) زَائِدَة.
تَفْسِير سُورَة غَافِر من الْآيَة ٥٩ إِلَى آيَة ٦٠.
