"On the day We will strike with the greatest strike."
Muhammad said: "Yawma nabtishu" (on the day We strike) is in the accusative case (mansub) with the meaning: "And remember the day We strike." It is also said: "yabtushu" in the nominative case (marfu'), similar to "'akafa ya'kufu" and "ya'kifu," and there are many examples of this.

﴿يَوْم نبطش البطشة الْكُبْرَى﴾.
قَالَ مُحَمَّد: ﴿يَوْم نبطش﴾ منصوبٌ بِمَعْنى: وَاذْكُر يَوْم نبطش، وَيُقَال: يبطُش بِالرَّفْع أَيْضا، مثل: عَكَفَ يَعْكُفُ ويَعْكِفُ، وَمثل هَذَا كثير.
