[Then pour over his head the torment of scalding water], as in His saying: [Scalding water will be poured over their heads. With it will be melted what is in their bellies and the skins. And for them are maces of iron]. He is struck with the mace, so it splits his head, then the scalding water is poured over his head, so it enters into his mouth.
﴿ثُمَّ صُبُّوا فَوْقَ رَأْسِهِ مِنْ عَذَاب الْحَمِيم﴾ كَقَوْلِه ﴿يُصَبُّ مِنْ فَوْقِ رُءُوسِهِمُ الْحَمِيمُ يُصْهَرُ بِهِ مَا فِي بُطُونِهِمْ وَالْجُلُودُ وَلَهُمْ مَقَامِعُ مِنْ حَدِيد﴾ يُقْمَعُ بالمقمعة، فتخرقُ رأسَهُ، فيُصَبُّ على رَأسه الْحَمِيم، فَيدْخل فِي فِيهِ
