[And He has subjected to you]—i.e., He has created for you—[that which is in the heavens and that which is on the earth, all from Him]—i.e., all of that is a grace from Him. This means: of that which He has subjected in the heavens: the sun, the moon, the stars, and the rain; and of what He has subjected on the earth: the rivers, the seas, what grows on the earth from vegetation, and what is extracted of gold, silver, and other things that are benefited from; for all of that is by the subjection of Allah.
Tafsir of Surah Ad-Dukhan from verse 14 to verse 15.
